Hibernia bought the apartments from Ulster Bank as part of a €67 million deal earlier this year.
It’s the 11th high-profile purchase by property investors Hibernia REIT.
The pre-Nama history of the building includes figures such as Lar Bradshaw and David Quinlan.
The buyer is domestic real estate player Hibernia, which has invested over €330 million in Irish commercial property this year.
