THE HORRIFIC TSUNAMI that has devastated Japan this weekend has left scenes of total destruction in its wake, and as many as 10,000 people dead.
At present, over a million homes are still without water, while almost four times that many will have to make do without electricity at any one time, as the authorities began rotating the finite power supply to different areas of the country.
