A TEENAGER WHO went missing from Co Wexford earlier this week is now believed to be in Dublin, according to gardaí.
Carl McGuinness, aged 16, has been missing from the New Ross area since he was last seen on Wednesday at 2pm.
He is described as being 5ft 10in tall and of slim build, with red hair and a pale complexion. When last seen he was wearing a navy blue Adidas tracksuit with blue stripes, navy and blue runners, a cream jacket and a black neck-warmer.
