Prince Philip taken to hospital with chest pains
The 90-year-old husband of the Queen is undergoing tests at a cardiac unit.

PRINCE PHILIP HAS been taken to hospital after experiencing chest pains, according to royal officials in the UK.

Buckingham Palace said the Duke of Edinburgh was taken from Sandringham, the queen’s sprawling estate in rural Norfolk, to the cardiac unit at Papworth Hospital in Cambridge for “precautionary tests.”

Prince Philip, who is 90 years old, was at Sandringham for the royal family’s Christmas festivities.
