Biography
Emer Higgins has been a Fine Gael TD for Dublin Mid-West since 2020, and is the Minister of State for Business, Employment & Retail. A South Dublin County councillor between 2011 and 2020, she was also a member of UCD's governing authority from 2018 to 2023. She previously worked as an assistant to Irish MEP Francis Fitzgerald.
