Donohoe is actively involved in animal welfare. She also supports the Irish Freedom Party's platforms against climate-alarmism and illegal migration.
The Irish Freedom Party have some excellent policies that are geared towards solving the big issues of the day including housing, immigration and the cost of living. I want to see Ireland grow and prosper and for our children to have a bright and safe future. I feel it is an important time for our country. I care passionately about building a better future for all.
There are around 14,000 registered homeless people in Ireland. The number of people living at home with their parents has doubled in a decade. They have essentially been locked out of home ownership. We are the only party who recognise that the key to dealing with the housing crisis is reducing demand by cutting immigration and allowing supply a chance to catch up with demand.
The Irish Freedom Party also want to deal with the dereliction problem in towns across Ireland and make more housing available and habitable. We also have a strict policy of housing Irish families first.
All of our systems are failing like housing, education and healthcare. We have endless waiting lists for assessments like for special needs, OT, physio, speech therapy, respite and medical/hospital appointments. We have a growing population with a higher proportion of elderly people living longer. We want to invest in the Care sector to help the elderly and people with disabilities and improve their quality of life. This is the biggest issue I'm hearing at the doors.
