Biography
Donnelly has been a Fianna Fáil TD for Wicklow since 2011, and Minister for Health since 2020. Originally an Independent TD, Donnelly helped co-found the Social Democrats in 2015, before finally joining Fianna Fáil in 2017. Prior to becoming a full-time politician, he worked as a management consultant.
