Biography
Shanahan has been an Independent TD for Waterford since 2020. He was a Waterford councillor from 2019 to 2020. A business and marketing consultant, he founded Velocity Media in 2004 - a network of advertising services which also provides advisory services to businesses looking to apply for government and EU grants.
