Biography
Toibín has been a TD for Meath West since 2011, and is the leader and founder of Aontú. Originally a member of Fianna Fáil, he joined Sinn Féin in 2004 but left in 2018 over his opposition to the party's pro-choice stance. He ran in the 2024 European Parliament elections but was unsuccessful.
