Ellen Troy has served on Fingal County Council since 2024. Troy has served on the committees of a number of community initiatives, including the PTAs of St Brigid's N.S. and Mount Sackville Secondary School, and the Pines, Hadleigh and Beechpark Lawn Neighbourhood Watch Group. She prioritises improving public services and opportunities for communities.
