Biography
Nolan, a resident of Clare, has worked as a GP since 1980. He has been an Independent member of Kilkee Town Council from 1999 to 2009 and wants to work in the areas of medical services, climate change and rural communities.

Why did you decide to run in this election?
To restore acute health services for the people of Clare.
What do you think is the greatest issue the country faces right now?
