Burke is a now-retired soldier who served as a peacekeeper in Lebanon, Cyprus, and Bosnia-Herzegovina. He belives Ireland is under threat from demographic changes and wants to 'prevent ethnocide'. He is against how sexual education is taught through SPHE in schools, strongly supports community banking, and did not support the hate speech legislation that recently went through the Oireachtas.
