Biography
Frank recently resigned from Fine Gael to run as an Independent candidate. He is a resident of Rathmullan and has served as the Chair of the FG branch in Letterkenny. He is also involved in community organisations such as the Letterkenny Residents Association and the Letterkenny Heritage Group.
