THE DEFENCE FORCES say that two devices discovered at Ballywaltrim Heights in Bray, Co Wicklow, last night were viable improvised explosive devices (IEDs).
An army bomb disposal team was called in shortly before midnight last night and the scene was declared safe at 1am.
The devices were removed to a military installation for further examination, according to the Defence Forces, and gardaí are investigating.
