IF YOU’RE TIRED of commuting to the city centre and want to live right in the heart of the capital and enjoy all it has to offer, Wolfe Tone Lofts is sure to appeal.

Located between Parnell St and Mary St, the development is just a short stroll from whatever you may need.

The Jervis Shopping Centre and Ilac Shopping Centre are basically on the apartment block’s doorstep, while Grafton St is a quick 15-minute walk away via the Millennium Bridge.

Foodies will no doubt be tempted to dine out regularly, with various cuisines to choose from on Mary St, Capel St, in the Italian Quarter and beyond. Film-buffs can enjoy the latest releases at Cineworld, which is just around the corner from the apartments, or head to the Light House Cinema in nearby Smithfield.

While many of us have had a taste of working from home over the past several months, we all remember what it’s like to sit in city centre traffic as the clock approaches 9am. At Wolfe Tone Lofts, your morning commute can consist of a short walk to the office with time to pick up a coffee en route. For example, the journey to the IFSC is just 20 minutes on foot.

If you’re running late or need to travel further around the city, you can hop on the Luas at Abbey St or Jervis St, or get a bus from the quays or O’Connell St.

As for the apartments themselves, each residence comes fully furnished with a designer furniture package, contemporary kitchens and timber floors throughout. There are fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms, while kitchen appliances are integrated to save space. For further storage, a large locker in the basement is included with each apartment.

There are one and two-bedroom apartments available to rent at Wolfe Tone Lofts, with prices from €1,750 per month for the former and from €2,000 per month for the latter.

Wolfe Tone Lofts, Wolfe Tone Street, Dublin 1 are available to rent through Hooke & MacDonald via Daft.ie.
