GETTING ON THE property ladder can be difficult, but new developments are opening up to first time buyers everyday – and many of them are eligible for the government’s Help To Buy scheme.
The Help To Buy scheme provides for a refund of income tax and DIRT (Deposit Interest Retention Tax) paid over the previous four years to first time buyers purchasing a new, qualifying home.
