Hundreds of people joined her devastated parents, mother Maureen and father John, at her funeral at St Flannan’s Church in Kinnitty at noon, including Willie Walsh, retired bishop of Killaloe.

Her sister Emma spoke lovingly of the 37-year-old to the packed congregation, remembering fondly her love for animals.
