THE ALL-NEW Citroen C3, the funky, highly customisable supermini from the French manufacturer has been launched in Ireland with a starting price of €15,490.
The five-door five-seat hatchback has a 300-litre boot capacity and comes with a load of driver’s aids and technology as standard including ABS, EBA, hill start assist, under-inflation detection, lane departure warning system, speed limit recognition and cruise control with speed limiter.
As is expected in this segment, to make your car stand out from the crowd there are plenty of customisation options including three roof colours, nine body colours and three interior ambiences.
The engine line-up consists of three petrol options – a 68hp and 82hp PureTech unit mated to a manual gearbox and a 100hp unit with start/stop technology also with the manual transmission.
From February 2017 that 100hp engine will a;sp be available with an automatic transmission. Emissions range from 103 to 110g/km for the petrols.
There are two diesel options – 75hp and 100hp BlueHDI engines both with start/stop technology and manual transmission. Emissions range from 83 to 95g/km for the diesels.
The new C3 is comes in Touch, Feel and Flair trim levels. Prices start from €15,490 for the Touch model with 68hp petrol and €17,890 for the Touch model with 75hp diesel and rise to €22,190 for the Flair model powered by the 100hp diesel unit.
