SHANE FILAN’S MEGA, mega mansion (complete with dance studio, pond and five acres of land) has gone on the market.

Located in the famed Yeats County, Castledale is going for just €990,000, a steal when compared to the €3 million it cost to build the five bed, six bath house in 2004.

“Finished to the highest specification”, according to the estate agent Sherry Fitzgerald Draper, you’ll get a piano area, snooker room, nursery, cinema room, gym room, a garage with three double doors and private, fully landscaped grounds for your buck.

Filan moved to Surrey, England with his wife and three children and was declared bankrupt there last June.
