Man critically injured in Belfast assault

The man was assaulted outside a club on the city’s Belvoir Drive on Friday night.

A MAN IS in a critical condition after being attacked outside a club in Belfast.

PSNI detectives are appealing for information following the assault in the Belvoir Estate in Belfast on Friday 7 October.

Shortly before 11.30pm a 43-year-old man was outside a club on Belvoir Drive when he was attacked by an unknown person or persons.

The man is currently in a critical condition in hospital.

The PSNI is appealing to anyone who was in the area and witnessed the incident or who has any information relating to the movements of the blue Vauxhall Zafira car seen in the area at the time to contact Detectives in Castlereagh on 0845 600 8000.
