Masked man robs cash from Wexford post office

A man in a balaclava made off with a sum of cash from a post office in Ramsgrange yesterday afternoon.

GARDAÍ ARE SEEKING witnesses after staff were held-up and a sum of cash was taken from a Post Office in Ramsgrange, Co Wexford yesterday.

A lone raider entered the post office at Ramsgrange at around 3.30pm yesterday afternoon and threatened staff before leaving with a sum of cash.

He was described as wearing a balaclava, around 5 foot 10 inches in height and wearing dark tracksuit bottoms.

Witnesses who may have seen the incident, saw anyone acting suspiciously in Ramsgrange or anyone with information is asked to contact the Gardai in New Ross on 051 426 030, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station
