Gardaí make arrest after man killed in Tallaght stabbing

Gardaí say that a man in his 30s was arrested at the scene.

A MAN HAS died after he was stabbed at a house in Tallaght last night.

The man in his 30s received fatal stab injuries in house on Kitalown Way at around 6.40pm last night.

He was taken to Tallaght Hospital where he died shortly after 7pm.

Gardaí say that another man in his 30s was arrested at the scene.

He is currently being detained at Tallaght Garda Station under section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

The scene has been preserved pending a technical examination.
