Lads,do ye both have aspergers? Do you realise it is a discussion about two young lads that have passed away, have some respect.

Id just like to say im from ferbane and lived there all my life…i knew both lads personally and one spent alot of time when younger in my home cuz he was best friends with my bro..i think its shockingly disturbing and sick to see people having a conversation about a dead teenagers life in a negative aspect..have a bit of respect for the family friends and

residents of the area…cop on and leave it off an internet page where it can be seen by family

RIP to the two lads and comfort to the families and friends. Surely this thread should be reserved for sympathy only?

Their are friends and family who might be reading this thread tonight and some of the comments posted here makes it look like there criminals.

Shame on anyone leaving negative comments about two teenagers losing their lives! This is not the time OR place to start a debate about young male drivers or what may have caused the accident, that’s totally irrelevant right now. It just so happens that I am from Ferbane and went to school with these lads. The whole community is devastated and in utter shock. So please hold back on the negative comments, it’s very hurtful to see them… And their is enough hurt in my town tonight.

Oh get a grip man, plenty of young lads are bad drivers undoubtedly, so are many young women, so are old people, so are people who got their licenses back a few years ago when they literally handed them out, so are most foreigners on our roads! The mandatory driving lessons all learners must do now before doing the test give young people a good idea of the road and it’s rules, as for the “boyracers” your probably generalising towards many do track days and competitions to avoid doing it on public roads and getting points, but the skill and quick reactions learned from these things more than likely prevents more accidents, perhaps like swerving to avoid you and your high horse, al

Firstly rest in peace lads and condolences to the families. Secondly, please have respect and stop finger pointing and blaming, regardless of circumstances it’s tragic, sad , devastating to those burying their sons in a few days. Keep negative I told u so opinions to yourself .

I know the roads around there very well and it does not always come down to speed . They are dark narrow bendy roads. I wish people wouldn’t judge people without the facts.

RIP to both boys and condolences to their families. I hope they will get the support and help needed, that is what’s important at this stage. Easy on the comments. We all want what’s best for our kids, and we can’t wrap them up in cotton wool. Two families and so many friends left heartbroken. Taken away far too quickly. This kind of tragedy can happen to any of us at any time. Think of those who are left to deal with the aftermath. They need all the support people can offer.

Condolences first to the family of the young boys killed in this tragic accident. Remember accidents of all kinds happen.If you compare driving and drivers in other countries with Ireland,Ireland is not bad at all.
