A MAN WILL appear before Bray District Court tomorrow charged with the murder of Anne Shortall.
The Rathnew woman was reported missing on Saturday and her remains were found in a workshop at the back of a house, not far from where she was last seen.
The deceased is a local mother of three children.
Her body was taken to St Colmcille’s Hospital in Loughlinstown where a post mortem was carried out today.
Gardaí have preserved the scene at a workshop shed in Ashford and have launched an investigation into the circumstances of her death.
RTÉ News reports that a second scene in Wicklow town is also being examined as part of the probe.
An appeal for witnesses has been made, with anyone with information asked to contact the local station or the Confidential Line on 1800 666 111.
