EIGHT PEOPLE HAVE been arrested over the death of 20-year-old Dale Creighton in Tallaght, south Dublin, on New Year’s Day this year.
The young man, who was from the area, died in Beaumont Hospital on 2 January after he was attacked on a footbridge at St. Dominic’s Road.
An inquest later determined he died as a result of blunt-force trauma.
The seven men and one woman — all aged in their 20s — were arrested this morning.
They’ve all been charged, and will appear before Tallaght District Court at 10.30am.
