YOU'LL FIND PLENTY of architectural gems on Peter Staniszewki's Instagram page Corners of Dublin - but most of them are buildings Dublin residents stroll by each day without a second glance.

Staniszewski began his project in January 2017, taking photos of buildings around Dublin, and editing them to remove all of the surrounding infrastructure. Each shot is then framed against a black backdrop, putting the building itself to the fore.

To date, Staniszewski has featured everything from abandoned markets to derelict arcades to beloved historical sites such as Bolands Flour Mills (one of the occupied buildings during the 1916 Rising).

You'll also find contemporary haunts such as The Tara Building, which holds exhibitions and rooftop yoga classes daily.
