FINDING A HOME that matches your budget without compromising your list of must-haves can be tricky, but we’re here to make that task easier.
Each week we round up homes on the market for a certain price point to see how far your budget will get you. This week, we’re looking at properties around the country that are on the market for €375,000 on the nose.
Here are four properties around Ireland to add to your must-view list…
Set on a mature site of three acres, Boherard House was built in 1973 and extended in 1986. The four-bedroom property has been tastefully designed throughout, with beautiful pine flooring.
High ceilings and large windows result in a feeling of spaciousness throughout, while natural light floods all of the main rooms. The property is approached via a sweeping driveway and has several schools within walking distance. Limerick city is a 25-minute drive away.
Part of the new development at Barnageeragh Cove, these are the final three-bedroom semi-detached houses to be released. Each home features a high quality kitchen, fitted wardrobes and tiled bathrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Properties at Barnageeragh Cove are A-rated for energy efficiency and feature photovoltaic solar panels.
Skerries town, which is just a five-minute drive from the development, boasts a range of amenities including shops, restaurants, sports clubs and primary and secondary schools. The town is served by a regular commuter train, with the journey to Tara Street taking about 35 minutes.
Spanning over three floors, 2 Kileshin Road is a detached four-bedroom home just minutes from Carlow town centre. The property boasts a stylish interior design, with high quality features including underfloor heating and a bespoke kitchen with a feature glass wall and Velux window.
The open-plan kitchen is perfectly suited to hosting guests, with spacious silestone worktops and a central island providing ample room for preparing meals. A sliding door leads to the south-facing rear garden, which features a low-maintenance artificially-turfed patio area and cobbled patio.
A three-bed terraced home, 56 Jamestown Road has been upgraded to maximise space within through an attic conversion and extension to the rear. To the left of the entrance hall, which features solid oak flooring, is the living room with an attractive bay window and fireplace.
Continuing down the hallway is a spacious dining room with access to the kitchen and utility room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and a family bathroom. A bedroom and shower room in the attic complete the accommodation. The rear garden is laid in decking and perfectly suited for dining al fresco. Easy access to the Luas Red Line makes travelling to the city centre a breeze.
