FINDING A HOME that matches your budget without compromising your list of must-haves can be tricky, but we’re here to make that task easier.
Each week we round up homes on the market for a certain price point to see how far your budget will get you.
This week, we’re looking at properties around the country that are on the market for exactly €275,000. Here are four properties around Ireland to add to your must-view list…
Spanning 1,250 sq ft of bright accommodation, 86 New Caragh Court is a three-bed family home, with the converted attic currently being used as a fourth bedroom. The semi-detached house comes to the market in turn-key condition with new windows and doors, a new gas boiler and a full alarm system.
The property boasts a large south-facing rear garden with a lawn, patio and gravel area. New Caragh Court is less than a 10-minute drive (or 25-minute walk) from Naas town centre, while Sallins and Naas railway station is a 10-minute drive away.
Located on Bracklin Road, this six-bed detached home offers no shortage of space. The property has been recently painted and decorated, and boasts a number of high quality features throughout, including natural Chinese slate flagstone flooring, open fireplaces, solid oak floors and a sun room.
Outside, there’s a spacious front and rear garden with a paved area, decking area and fire pit with surrounding seating. Longford town is a 15-minute drive from the property, while Edgeworthstown train station is a five-minute drive away.
Located in the heart of Tramore, 15 The Terrace is a three-bed terraced home spanning three floors. The period residence enjoys sea views across Tramore Beach, which can be reached within a short stroll. The rear garden is elevated and enjoys both a sunny aspect and sea views, with access from both the ground and basement levels.
A number of Tramore’s most-loved businesses are within easy reach of the property, including restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. There’s ample street parking outside, with double glazed windows throughout. If you fancy a drive to the capital, it’ll take about two and a half hours.
A two-bed end-of-terrace house, 26 Old Court Lodge is a well-maintained property in turn-key condition. The bright and spacious accommodation briefly comprises an entrance hallway, living room, kitchen/dining area, two large double bedrooms and a main bathroom. For further space, the attic has potential to be converted into an additional bedroom, subject to relevant permissions.
Outside, there’s a large rear garden while to the front there’s ample parking. No 26 is within walking distance of several primary and secondary schools, with Dodder Valley Park and Ballycragh Park both a short stroll away. Nearby Dublin Bus routes and the Firhouse Luas stop make the journey to Dublin city centre a breeze.
