PRESIDENT CATHERINE CONNOLLY made headlines during October’s election campaign for her keepie-uppie skills, but it turns out football isn’t her only talent.
During her first official visit to Northern Ireland this week, Connolly stopped by Queen’s University Belfast and joined the cross-community basketball team, the PeacePlayers, on the court.
She landed two shots (one of which was backwards), which earned big cheers from spectators and of course, has sparked another viral online moment.
