Moving back to travel news, AA Roadwatch has said that loose horses have been removed from the N11 Wexford/Dublin Road northbound between J6 Fassaroe and J5 Bray North.

On the weather front, it’s another cold morning.
Met Éireann has said there will be scattered outbreaks of rain today that could turn to sleet at times. Highest temperatures will reach four to six degrees Celsius.

AA Roadwatch is advising motorists to slow down and increase their braking distance as roads are wet in Roscommon town, Sligo town, Castlebar, Galway city, Limerick city, Cork city and Wexford town.
In traffic news, AA Roadwatch has noted that the Clare Road will be closed for works between the Old Limerick Road and Captain Macs Cross in Ennis until Monday. Diversions will be in place.
Meanwhile, Main Street in Patrickswell (R526), Limerick will be closed between Marian Park Estate and Clarina Road until Friday, 3 March for works.
AA Roadwatch says traffic is moving well in Cork city, however it’s still down to one lane at Kent Station following an incident earlier this week.
Traffic is also moving well in Limerick, Galway and Waterford cities.

Traffic seems to be moving well in many areas this morning.
This is partly due to the fact a lot of schools are closed today as they’re being used as polling stations.
AA Roadwatch is reporting that Hearse Road in Donabate, Dublin is closed following a collision.

A lot of children may not be in school today, but Bus Éireann is urging parents and guardians to send in their school transport applications for the 2016/17 academic year before the April deadline.
AA Roadwatch is reporting that a vehicle is on fire on the N4 near Castlebaldwin, Sligo.
Hearse Road in Donabate, Dublin has reopened following an earlier collision. AA Roadwatch says traffic is very heavy in the area.
Meanwhile, the AA is reporting that Ramelton Road in Letterkenny, Donegal is partially blocked at the back entrance to LYIT due to a crash.
Irish Rail says there are delays on southbound Dart services due to a mechanical issue.
AA Roadwatch is reporting that there’s another vehicle on fire this morning, this time on the M9.
The vehicle that was on fire in Sligo earlier has been cleared, according to AA Roadwatch.
