IT’S NEARLY THAT time of year again – the clocks will go back by an hour on 26 October, marking the end of daylight savings.
While many see the clock change as a long-standing tradition, there have been calls in recent years for the practice to be abolished.
Seán Kelly MEP has spent nearly a decade campaigning to end the biannual clock changes, saying that the system “has been proven to have negative effects on health and well-being”
Kelly has welcomed the fact that talks of abolishing clock changes are back on the agenda at the European Parliament.
With that, we’re turning the question to you: Should daylight savings be scrapped?
