KINGSLAND IS A NEW development of four-bedroom houses located in the village of Donabate on Dublin’s north coast.
There will be 29 homes here when construction is finished, each designed with family living in mind and located close to the seaside.
Intrigued? Take a tour of one of Kingsland’s beautiful decorated showhomes above, and read on below.
Set on landscaped grounds, these homes have a number of luxury touches, and with space and high ceilings throughout.
Outside, there is a charging point for an electric car, as well as space to park two others. The interior features tasteful, neutral tones, as well as contemporary skirting and timber-effect flooring.
The kitchen/dining area is brightened by bi-folding French doors which open onto a patio and garden area. There’s plenty of space to eat and entertain here, including a kitchen island for casual dining.
This area has an adjacent utility room for storage, too.
All four bedrooms in the property are of a decent size: three are doubles, including the master bedroom, which has a large en-suite bathroom off it.
Donabate is a convenient spot that marries an easy commute with rural tranquility. The village is served by a commuter rail service as well as Dublin Bus routes, both of which will have you in the city in 20 minutes.
Larger towns like Malahide are minutes away by car, as are the local primary and secondary schools. To cap it off, the gorgeous Donabate Beach is just a five-minute drive away.
Kingsland, Donabate, Co Dublin is open for viewing this 24th and 25th February. The homes are on sale for €430,000 from Hooke & McDonald via Daft.ie.
This virtual reality tour is presented as part of Experience Your World with KBC.
