FOOTAGE HAS EMERGED of a driver in Scotland using a phone, with headphones in his ears, and laptop open to his side.
The clip (which can be viewed here) was captured by Aberdeen Cycle Cam earlier this month.
It’s been republished by news outlets around the globe since being posted on Youtube on Thursday last.
Police Scotland are pursuing a definite line of enquiry in the case, BBC Scotland reports.
