Biography

He was elected first to Fingal County Council in 2009 as a member of the Labour Party and was re-elected in 2014 as an Independent. Now a member of the Social Democrats, he has a master's degree in politics, is a member of the Audit Committee of Fingal County Council and is a former Mayor.

I will work rigorously for a fair, just and equal Ireland.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

A proper health service, available to all regardless of income.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

Along with fellow Social Democrat TDs, form a government that represents the interests of all Irish people.
