Biography

A socialist and women's rights activist, this is her first time running for an election. She is a prominent campaigner on a number of issues including the Repeal the Eighth Amendment campaign, which advocates for the legalisation of abortion, and the anti-water charges protests.

Question Time

Q.

Why should someone vote for you (in 140 characters or fewer)?

To fight to repeal the Eighth Amendment, control rents, clear housing lists, axe water charges, for 11.50/hr minimum wage, free education and real equality.

Q.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

Ending the housing crisis: DC rents up €200+/mth and 8000+ households on housing lists - we need rent controls and thousands of new council homes.

Q.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

With a strong left bloc of AAA-PBP TDs and a fighting women\'s movement, win a referendum to repeal the Eighth and introduce full abortion rights.
