Poll: Ireland are out, but will you be watching the Eurovision tonight?

Ireland aren’t in the final for the first time since 2009. Does that bother you?

IRELAND WERE KNOCKED out of contention for the Eurovision on Thursday night — but will that bother you, or are you pressing ahead with your Song Contest plans?

Kasey Smith and Cann-Linn didn’t garner enough votes to make it through the second semi in Copenhagen — the first time the country hasn’t progressed in the contest since 2009.

Nevertheless, thousands of Eurovision parties will be going ahead tonight. Austria’s Conchita Wurst (pictured) is tipped to take the top prize with the Bond-theme style ‘Rise Like a Phoenix’.

Will you be watching? Or does the lack of an Irish entry make the whole enterprise less worthwhile?

Poll Results:

I had no plans to watch it in the first place. (3381)
I'll be watching anyway, alway do. (1537)
I would have, but now I won't. (1388)
Bring back Johnny Logan. Bring him back now.  (887)
