Bloody Sunday 1920

On 21 November 1920, one of the most significant days of the Irish War of Independence took place. It began with an IRA operation to kill members of the ‘Cairo Gang’, a group of undercover British operatives in Dublin, and ended with the indiscriminate killings of civilians in Croke Park.

The documentary tells the story of the shocking events of that day, and its aftermath.
