This week, Niamh Griffin Torpey’s (@you_me_and_a_semi_d) bedroom was our inspiration.

“I knew I wanted dark bedroom furniture and dusty pink and earthy toned accessories, so that’s how I started and worked from there,” says Niamh. “I am still adding things and changing bits all the time but I think that’s all part of the fun of interiors and decor.”

Once you have a good base (ie wall colour and floor), you can totally change up a room with just a new bedspread, a few cushions and a simple throw.
