IF THERE’S ONE thing to be remembered about 2000s pop culture, it’s the Disney Channel renaissance and the emergence of High School Musical, Camp Rock and of course, Hannah Montana.
The series followed the life of Miley Stewart (played by Miley Cyrus), a girl living a double life as pop star Hannah Montana – an alter ego she had so that she could live a normal life.
It’s like we just blinked and suddenly it’s been two whole decades since Hannah Montana first aired on our screens and captured the hearts of kids everywhere.
To celebrate the milestone, Disney+ has released a Hannah-versary special featuring none other than Cyrus herself – who visited a replica of the original Malibu set and even sang a few classic Hannah tunes.
And that’s not all, as Cyrus has released a new song titled Younger You following the release of the Disney special.
