GETTING INTO THE property market can be a daunting experience. Here we try and make it a bit easier – and bring you four of the best properties on the market around the country this week.

Under €250,000

Dublin city, The Quays – €245,000

There seems to be an unwritten rule that affordable central-Dublin apartments are limited to a single bedroom. Kildare, Maynooth - €386,000

As the old Native-American adage goes – ‘property gets a lot cheaper once you go outside of the M50′.
