From a one-bedroom apartment in Dublin 18 to a four-bedroom house in Wicklow, here are four properties around the country that match this price point.
Granagh, Co Limerick – €275,000
If countryside living is your desire, this three-bedroom property in Granagh should be on your radar. Situated just 20 minutes from Limerick city, this detached home boasts peaceful views of the Golden Vale and sits on a one-acre site. The solid wood kitchen was just recently fitted, with storage from here through to the open-plan dining room. The living room, complete with a marble fireplace, is at the front of the house.
