FINDING A HOME that matches your budget without compromising your list of must-haves can be tricky, but we’re here to make that task easier.
Each week we round up homes on the market for a certain price point to see how far your budget will get you. This week, we’re looking at properties around the country that are on the market for in and around €275,000.
From a one-bedroom apartment in Dublin 18 to a four-bedroom house in Wicklow, here are four properties around the country that match this price point.
If countryside living is your desire, this three-bedroom property in Granagh should be on your radar. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious utility room complete the interior of the property.

A three-bed home with three bathrooms, 39 Ferndale is a semi-detached property located just a 20 minute drive away from Cork City. Double doors lead from the living room at the front of the property to the kitchen and dining area. From here, sliding doors open to the large, south-facing back garden and a decking area suited for al fresco dining in the sun.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms, including the master which has an en-suite bathroom. A family bathroom is also on this floor. Subject to planning permission, there is potential to extend the property too. Carrigaline’s busy centre is just a 15 minute stroll away.
