Stylish homes in one of Dublin's newest neighbourhoods viewing this weekend
Just off the Malahide Road, they’re beside two parks and two brand new schools.
A NUMBER OF BRAND NEW four-bedroom A-rated family homes in Clongriffin are set to be unveiled by Cairn Homes this weekend, at viewings that take place on both Saturday and Sunday (2.30pm to 4pm).
Located just off the Malahide Road, the houses range in size from 132 to 164 square metres in a number of brick elevation styles and different layouts designed to accommodate families.
The homes are closely located to two parks, the popular 64-acre Father Collins park and the brand new Mayne River park which is directly opposite the development’s entrance. Additionally, two new primary schools are due to open in the area.
