Got a question for Irish Water? We'll have a spokesperson live in the newsroom today

A lot of people weren’t clear what this month’s ‘registration deadline’ meant for householders… Got a question you need answered?

GOT ANY QUESTIONS for Irish Water?

From landlords to tenants to Government TDs —plenty of people do, these days.

New laws are being planned for the coming months, to firm-up how the utility should pursue those who don’t pay outstanding bills.

And even if it wasn’t a ‘drop dead’ date as far as the Environment Minister was concerned, this month’s registration deadline has thrown up plenty of queries for the semi-state, from confused householders.

So…

  • Got questions about the ‘conservation grant’?
  • Have a burst pipe in your apartment building, but not sure who’s liable?
  • Still not sure if you’ll face penalties for missing any past (or future) deadlines?

Tell us what you need to know, and we’ll put your questions directly to Irish Water’s Head of Communications, Elizabeth Arnett.

She’ll be dropping by the newsroom for a live chat this afternoon.

We’ll be streaming it on YouTube and live-blogging the answers so you don’t miss any crucial info.

daragh@thejournal.ie is the best place to send questions for the moment. You can also tweet us @thejournal_ie with any follow-ups or fresh queries, as the interview is happening.

Tune in after 2.30pm this afternoon for the Q&A.
