LOCATION CAN OFTEN be an issue for new-build homes, compromising convenience and nearby amenities for budget-friendly prices and extra space.
Three and four-bedroom homes at Kinsale Manor, however, don’t have this problem – they’re within a five minute drive of Kinsale’s thriving town centre. Prices range from €340,000 for a three-bedroom semi-detached home, to €405,000 for a four-bedroom semi-detached home.
Open viewings are scheduled for this Saturday February 22 from 2.30 – 3.30pm so you can see for yourself both the style of the homes and the great location. The final phase has just been launched and a limited number of homes are currently available – plus, they all qualify for the Help To Buy scheme.
Homes at Kinsale Manor have open-plan living, kitchen and dining spaces that have added brightness from skylights and double windows. Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and bathrooms have heated towel rails.
The front and rear gardens at Kinsale Manor are seeded with timber fencing, and each has a paved patio for outdoor enjoyment.
Kinsale is around a 35 minute drive from Cork city, and there’s a regular bus service taking you to both Cork airport and the city centre. You’ll also be living at the gateway to West Cork, with towns like Clonakilty, Ballydehob and Rosscarbery all easily accessible for a weekend day trip.
