LOCATED JUST OUTSIDE Drogheda, Co Louth, Linenfield is a new development of three and four-bedroom homes.
There are four-bed detached and semi-detached homes available, with prices available upon application, while three-bed semi-detached houses are priced from €299,000.
Energy efficiency a top priority at Linenfield, with an A2 Building Energy Rating (BER) for each home. Features include demand control ventilation systems, air-to-water heat pumps and energy-saving LED light fittings throughout. All properties also come wired for photovoltaic solar panels and an electric car charging point.
The interior of each home is bright, spacious and modern, with Shaker-style kitchens in a variety of colours, floor-to-ceiling tiling in the bathrooms and fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms.
There’s underfloor heating on the ground floor, while USB ports in the kitchen, living and bedroom are sure to be appreciated by those who always have their phone on charge.
To the front of each home, there’s a paved driveway with off-street parking, while there’s a patio and lawn area to the rear. The development also benefits from a circular plaza and community park.
A number of primary and secondary schools are within walking distance of Linenfield, while a footpath leads directly from the development and along the Ballymakenny Road to the schools. The heart of Drogheda town is a five-minute drive away, or a 30 minute walk.
