PHASE THREE OF the Caislean na hAbhainn development in Castletroy, Co Limerick has sold most of its units.
Currently, only three of the nine properties remain on the market - all four-bed semi-detached houses.
According to the developer, the properties are the largest semi-detached new homes in Limerick city.
These spacious new A3-rated homes feature nine foot ceilings and and all are fitted with a state of the art Joule Samsung air-to-water heat pump central heating system.
The builders estimate that it will only cost around €550 a year in total to heat your home.
The living rooms have large bay windows and a feature granite wood-burning stove fireplace, along with solid oak flooring.
In each property, there are not one but two master bedrooms that both have walk-in wardrobes, large en-suite and a luxury rain shower in each.
Caislean na hAbhainn is for sale from €265,000 with Michael Roberts Estate Agents via Daft.ie.
