High-spec fittings at the largest new semi-detached homes in Limerick

And there are only three left for sale.

PHASE THREE OF the Caislean na hAbhainn development in Castletroy, Co Limerick has sold most of its units.

Currently, only three of the nine properties remain on the market - all four-bed semi-detached houses.

According to the developer, the properties are the largest semi-detached new homes in Limerick city.

These spacious new A3-rated homes feature nine foot ceilings and and all are fitted with a state of the art Joule Samsung air-to-water heat pump central heating system.

The builders estimate that it will only cost around €550 a year in total to heat your home.

The living rooms have large bay windows and a feature granite wood-burning stove fireplace, along with solid oak flooring.

In each property, there are not one but two master bedrooms that both have walk-in wardrobes, large en-suite and a luxury rain shower in each.
