DROGHEDA IS AN up-and-coming town, with a wealth of amenities as well as easy access to Dublin via the M1 motorway.
Castle Park, a development of three and four-bedroom homes, would therefore be a great call for someone commuting to Dublin, or those who wish to raise a family away from the city.
Homes at Castle Park are A-rated for energy, utilising an energy efficient gas boiler and solar panels built into the roof. There are solid timber panelled doors and high ceilings throughout, and the kitchen boasts excellent quality fitted appliances.
The double bedrooms are large and comfortable, with fitted wardrobes as standard, an en-suite access. The family bathrooms are fully tiled and feature heated shower rails as standard. Outside, there’s a cobble lock drive with car parking space.
Castle Park is a short walk from Termonfeckin village, which is home to shops, pubs and restaurants as well as a local primary school. You’re also just a 5-minute drive from Termonfeckin beach here, and 10 minutes from Drogheda town.
Castle Park homes are on sale from €265,000 to €349,000 from REA O’Brien Collins via Daft.ie. Castle Park is registered for the Help to Buy scheme.
