THE TRIAL OF Oscar Pistorius for the the murder of 30-year-old model and TV star Reeva Steenkamp gets under way today.

It will be broadcast live – in parts – on Sky News and other outlets.

It has been billed as this century’s OJ Simpson trial. Millions of people tuned in during the 1990s for that piece of legal history. Will it be similar this time around?
