PIERCE BROSNAN BEARS an uncanny resemblance to Sinn Féin leader Gerry Adams these days.

The Irish actor has been photographed with a slightly different look while filming in London.

Brosnan is currently filming an as-yet untitled thriller in which he plays an ex-IRA member turned government official named Liam Hennessy. The movie is based on Stephen Leather’s novel The Chinaman.

The former James Bond star’s new look didn’t go unnoticed, with many people – including Sinn Féin TD Martin Ferris – commenting on the likeness.
