Gym memberships and healthy lifestyle plans are the norm.

However, it may be wise to avoid diet and artificially sweetened drinks.

New research has found that sugar-free and diet drinks may not actually help you lose weight.

Researchers found that there is no evidence that sugar-free alternatives are any better for your weight than their sugar-sweetened counterparts.

Obesity, type two diabetes and other obesity-related health problems can all be caused by sugar-free beverages.

On top of this, artificially sweetened drinks may also be worse for the environment.

So, today we’re asking - Do you drink sugar-free or diet drinks?
